How can I return?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
For a return do the following:
Got to "MY ATELIER" and log into your account with the E-Mail address you used at the checkout.
Got to "Orders" there you will find the instructions for a return.
When will I get my order?
Product in stock: 1-2 weeks
Pre-order: 3-4 Weeks
Where are your products manufactured?
Our jewelry is handcrafted in Germany.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
