SHIPPING TIMES
ONE OF ONE products are always ready to ship. Shipping time depends on your location.
Collection items are made to order, which takes 3-6 weeks depending on demand.
RETURNS
For a return do the following:
Got to "YOUR ATELIER" and log into your account with the E-Mail address you used at the checkout.
Got to "Orders" there you will find the instructions for a return.
SHIPPING COST
